Popular Science Feature: Five stretches you should do every day!
I do not think we give stretching enough credit. I am not talking about a full yoga class. I just mean those daily stretches that help release tension and help us move through our days with less pain and stiffness.
I collaborated with Popular Science to talk about some simple stretches to work into your routine to help give your body a little time to breathe. I understand wholeheartedly that not all stretches feel good for all bodies. I also know there are many stretches that can be substituted or modified to suit someone’s individual needs.
