If you have ever come to my classes, you know that I teach a total body workout. However, group fitness and basic cardio movements (walking, running, spinning) can sometimes fail to target and engage particular regions. For me, it is my GLUTES.
The booty is big all over social media, and I get it. What you may not realize is that your Glutes are essential for safe, effective movement. So yes, regardless of the size and shape of your backside, learning to engage it is super important.
