Lauren Leavell is a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor in Philadelphia.  Alanna Gardner is a therapist and a coach in Philadelphia. You can follow her on instagram at @_alannagardner_

Class began with a short introduction of the two co-hosts. Lauren led the group through a 35 minute barre inspired workout. This workout consisted primarily of body weight movement and small isometric holds. Alanna transitioned the group from the cool down into a body scan meditation.
