Lauren Leavell is a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor in Philadelphia.

Class began with a short introduction of the hosts.

Adriana led the group through 40 minutes of yoga and breath. This movement was focused on connecting the body and the breath and realizing when the breath gets lost and where you can send it in your body. 

Alanna led the discussion around the concept of the self system and ways to best support yourself in each area. Adrianna was there to help relate these self systems back to movement and breath. 

Alanna also referenced ways to stimulate the vagus nerve and successful “I” statements for navigating feelings and relationships.
